Jinobi Auction Galleries provides a simple and easy process for buying at auction. We are happy to assist both new and experienced buyers. Our auctions are free and open to the public. You are under no obligation to bid.

Making a purchase at auction is simple. Our friendly and experienced staff is always available to answer any questions that you may have. We can assist with all aspects of your purchase from the actual bidding to coordinating delivery.

Register for auction alerts and updates

You can receive regular updates and alerts automatically by URL. Simply register your details and you will be added to our instant updates on new auctions & events.

Searching for items

Latest news on auctions will always be available. Searching lets you see if the item you are interested in is on sale. Simply use the search bar on the home page by entering the key words and pressing search icon.

Public Gallery Preview

The best way to obtain information about specific lots available at the auction is to view the items in person. Schedule and location will be announced during the auction season. We strongly encourage all prospective bidders to preview the auction in person on the scheduled prior to the auction.


Jinobi wants all of its clientele to be fully satisfied with purchases made at the gallery. We will be happy to assist you in obtaining as much information as possible regarding the condition of a particular lot prior to bidding. Because all lots are sold "where is, as is", and condition is a subjective issue, we strongly encourage you to preview the items in person prior to bidding. Register to bid

Register online by visiting our registration page on this site and clicking on the register section or you can download our registration form, select which bidding option you'll be using and fax or email to us. Once you have successfully registered, you will be sent a confirmation email containing your username and password.


Jinobi auction features all of its auctions live online through LiveAuctioneers. You can participate in real time just as if you were present on the auction floor. LiveAuctioneers does require you to register in advance to bid. And there will be additional 3% buyer premium for internet live bid winner.

Absentee Bid or Phone Bid

If you wish to participate in our auction as an absentee bid or phone bid, you have to be submit Absentee Bid Form and choose the bidding option even if you are a registered bidder at Jinobi and registered online, you will be asked to resubmit your personal information. You can submit online absentee form online by clicking bid button in the Jinobi website catalog, you will be able to quickly log in and bid on any future auctions.

Information To Help You Make The Right Bid

Please view our on-line catalog. Indepth descriptions are available by clicking on the "lot details" associated with each lot. You may request a condition report on lots valued over $1000.

Bid Increments

Jinobi generally uses the following increment multiples as bidding progresses:

  • $0-300...................................$25 increments
  • $300-1,000............................$50 increments
  • $1,000-2,000.......................$100 increments
  • $2,000-5,000.......................$250 increments
  • $5,000-10,000.....................$500 increments
  • $10,000-20,000................$1,000 increments
  • $20,000-50,000................$5,000 increments
  • $50,000-100,000............$10,000 increments
  • $100,000-500,000..........$25,000 increments

Payments Options

Domestic Clients: We accept bank wire transfers, cash, personal or company check with proper ID, cashiers check, travelers check, money order, Visa or MasterCard.

For items purchased via absentee bidding, your credit card will be charged the day after the auction. If other payment arrangements have been made and good funds have not been received by the 5th business day after the auction, your credit card will be charged.

For items bought live online, you will be emailed an invoice the day after the auction. It is your responsibility to contact US via telephone 832-712-3127 or email at to make payment. If paying by check, Jinobi reserves the right to hold all purchases until the check has cleared to the satisfaction of Jinobi and its bank.

All clients using credit card payment please download and fill out Credit Card Authorization Form and fax to 281-679-6765 or email to

International Clients: We accept wire transfers, please contact or 713-344-5088 and request bank transfer information.

Buyer's Premium

The buyer's premium is 22% of the successful bid price up to and including $20,000, 20% between $20,001 and $500,000, and 18% on any amount in excess of $500,000.

Pick-up and Shipping

All items must be picked up within 5 days, thereafter they will be moved to storage where a per diem storage fee will be charged. Jinobi does not arrange, pack or deliver merchandise, but can furnish a list of reputable delivery services. Please download near postal service info.
